Thoughtful planning includes clear responsibilities. Please review the details below before committing to an experience.

Written arrangements come first

Your proposal and service agreements identify the contracting entity, responsible providers, confirmed scope, fees, cancellation provisions, guest rules and any required releases. Sky Hunting Club, its participating affiliates, owners, partners, personnel, contractors and consultants may be identified as protected parties in the applicable agreement to the extent legally permitted. These website notices do not replace a separately accepted activity or premises agreement.

Private residence access

Sky Manor, Sky Ranch and Pungo Retreat are offered for inquiries by arrangement. Dates, final occupancy, accessibility, bed configurations, amenities, staffing and event permissions must be confirmed directly. Published sleeping ranges are planning information and do not establish legally permitted occupancy. No availability or right of access is guaranteed by a listing. Photography, events, additional visitors and commercial use require prior written permission.

Hunting and outdoor activities

Only lawful activities may be arranged. Guests and responsible providers must confirm applicable licenses, permits, seasons, land access, firearm transport and safety requirements before participation. International hunts, trophies and animal products may involve separate import, export, wildlife and customs restrictions. No harvest, trophy size, wildlife sighting or weather condition is guaranteed. Minors require an appropriate guardian and activity specific arrangements.

Transportation, documents and insurance

Transportation is subject to the carrier’s agreement, licensing, operating conditions and applicable passenger rights. Guests must verify passport, visa, entry, health and other travel requirements for their circumstances. Discuss suitable travel, medical and evacuation protection with a licensed provider. Insurance is not included unless your written proposal expressly confirms it.

Corporate events and charitable activities

We can discuss retreats, training, family gatherings and charitable events. A business purpose, charitable association or use of a company name does not automatically make travel, entertainment, hunting or accommodation tax deductible. Your tax advisor should review the actual activity, documentation and allocation. We do not guarantee a deduction or provide tax or legal advice through this website.

Accessibility and requests

Tell us about practical access or accommodation needs during planning so we can discuss suitable options with the responsible host or provider. Do not send detailed medical records in the general inquiry. We do not assume that all residences, vehicles or outdoor experiences are accessible in the same way.
