Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of skyhuntingclub.com and initial planning inquiries with Sky Hunting Club, LLC (“Sky Hunting Club,” “we,” or “us”). A confirmed service requires a separate written proposal and applicable booking, supplier, property and participation agreements. Those documents govern that service; mandatory law always applies.

Planning inquiries and reservations

You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the information submitted. Provide accurate contact and travel details and obtain permission before submitting another person’s information. Submitting a form, sending an email or receiving a reference does not reserve a residence, guide, flight, hunt, itinerary or date and does not create a confirmed booking.

Experiences and residences are presented for discussion. There is no public availability calendar or instant inventory guarantee. Your written proposal must identify the confirmed itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, responsible providers, price, taxes, fees, payment schedule and cancellation terms before you commit.

Fees, deposits, cancellations and refunds

Planning or service fees, deposits, supplier commitments and any nonrefundable amounts must be disclosed and accepted in writing before payment. Refunds and credits are governed by that agreement and applicable law. A request alone authorizes no charge. This website does not currently process card payments.

If you cancel, amounts may be retained only as permitted by the agreed terms and law, including earned fees, nonrecoverable supplier commitments and reasonable documented cancellation losses. There is no blanket forfeiture under every circumstance. If a service cannot be provided, applicable refund rights remain in effect. Travel protection, where available, is subject to the insurer’s separate terms.

Providers and private residences

Accommodations, airlines, transportation companies, outfitters, guides and activity operators may be independent providers. Your proposal identifies Sky Hunting Club’s role and the provider responsible for each service. No unconfirmed partnership, ownership, professional license or agency relationship is implied by an illustrative description. We remain responsible for our own obligations under the applicable agreement and law.

A private residence is not automatically a staffed hotel or event venue. Access requires host approval, confirmed permitted occupancy, agreed sleeping arrangements, property rules and any required local permissions. Pools, grounds and activities require appropriate supervision. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult. Do not arrive at or visit a property without a confirmed arrangement.

Conduct, safety and service termination

Guests must follow applicable laws, licensing requirements, safety instructions and agreed provider and property rules. No illegal conduct, threats, harassment, reckless behavior, unauthorized guests, property misuse or unsafe operation of equipment is permitted. Firearms, vehicles, alcohol, hunting and other specialist activities are subject to specific restrictions and qualified supervision.

We or the responsible provider may lawfully decline, suspend or terminate an inquiry or service for safety, misconduct, nonpayment, unlawful activity, material misrepresentation, lack of required approvals or another legitimate operational reason. We will not exercise these rights unlawfully or in a discriminatory manner. Any financial consequences remain subject to the written agreement, actual circumstances and mandatory rights.

Damage and responsibility for your conduct

You are responsible, to the extent the law allows, for loss or damage caused by your unlawful, negligent or intentional conduct or breach of agreed rules. Repair, replacement, extraordinary cleaning and other charges must be supported and handled under the applicable agreement. These website terms do not authorize an unlimited charge to a payment method.

Activity risks and separate waivers

Travel, wildlife, hunting, firearms, terrain, water, pools, vehicles and remote activities involve serious risks, including injury or death. Participation must be appropriate to each guest’s experience and condition. Activity and premises releases, emergency information and guardian documents may be required before participation. Browsing this website or submitting an inquiry does not itself sign a personal injury or death release.

Website use and limitations

Do not misuse the website, submit unlawful content, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or send spam. Site content and branding are protected by their applicable intellectual property rights. You may use information for personal planning; commercial copying or use of our branding requires permission.

We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website operation or that every illustrative detail remains current. Subject to mandatory law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of a particular commercial, travel or tax outcome. Liability for a confirmed service is governed by its separately accepted agreement. Nothing here excludes fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, nonwaivable personal injury liability or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Concerns, law and changes

Tell us promptly about an issue at booking@skyhuntingclub.com and provide the relevant reference. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and seek a practical resolution with the responsible parties. This process does not remove statutory remedies or extend mandatory filing deadlines.

Texas law governs these website terms to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections applicable elsewhere. A separate service agreement may specify a lawful dispute process. Updated website terms apply prospectively; a change will not retroactively remove rights under an existing confirmed booking without valid agreement.
