SKY HUNTING CLUB, LLC · EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 3, 2026
Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Sky Hunting Club, LLC handles information connected with this website, planning inquiries and our services. It does not authorize unrelated marketing or waive your legal rights.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, optional telephone number, destinations and stops, travel dates, party size, budget, interests, notes and communication preferences. When you send an inquiry, we retain the information and communication preferences contained in your message, including the applicable text disclosure and your separate confirmation if supplied. The email timestamp forms part of that record. Our hosting and technology providers also process technical connection and security information, such as IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and server logs.
Please do not enter payment card details, passport numbers, government identification, detailed medical records or information about children in a general inquiry. If additional information is needed for a confirmed arrangement, we will identify an appropriate collection process.
Why we use it
We use information to respond, prepare proposals, coordinate requested services, maintain records of your instructions, support customers, prevent misuse, protect our systems and comply with applicable obligations. A planning inquiry is not a marketing subscription. Text messaging requires the separate choice described in our Text Messaging Policy.
Who may receive it
Authorized personnel and service providers may handle information needed for the purposes above. These include GoDaddy for website hosting and email services, Microsoft for business email and any Forms or SharePoint records, and the travel, accommodation, transportation or activity providers involved in an arrangement you request. We share only information reasonably needed for their role. Providers may have their own privacy notices. We may also disclose information when legally required or reasonably needed to protect rights, safety or security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections.
We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross context behavioral advertising. Mobile numbers, text messaging consent and opt in records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging service providers may process these records solely to support our communications.
Cookies and external services
This release does not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or website inquiry cookies. The journey planner holds your entries temporarily in the current page. It does not send those entries to Sky Hunting Club or create an online request record. Reviewing a summary does not send it. If you choose to open an email draft, your email application receives the prepared details; you must send the email yourself. Information you send is handled in our business email records. Hosting providers may use necessary security cookies or technical logs.
Destination illustrations load from Unsplash and fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive standard browser connection information. A separately provided Microsoft form, when enabled, processes information you submit under Microsoft’s service policies. Automated form intake is not enabled on this release. External sites have their own policies.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, perform agreed services, maintain consent records, comply with legal, accounting and insurance obligations, or resolve disputes. Different records may have different retention periods. We use safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or system can be guaranteed completely secure. Access within our organization is limited to authorized business users and service providers.
Your choices and rights
Email booking@skyhuntingclub.com to request access, correction, deletion, a portable copy, or to exercise other rights available under the law applicable to you. You may use an authorized agent where permitted. We may need proportionate information to verify the request or the agent’s authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, we respond within 45 days, subject to a permitted extension with notice. If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with “Privacy appeal” in the subject. We will explain our decision within the applicable period, generally 60 days for a Texas appeal. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General or your relevant privacy authority. Other jurisdictions may provide additional rights or different deadlines.
Children and international travel
This website and inquiry process are intended for adults. A parent or guardian should arrange family travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. International travel may require relevant details to be handled by providers in the destination country; we will discuss necessary arrangements before sharing additional sensitive travel documentation.
Changes
We may update this notice as our services or practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. A material new use requiring consent will not be authorized solely by posting an updated notice.
