Text Messaging Policy

A telephone number alone is not permission to text. Text messaging is optional and separate from submitting an inquiry, using the website, receiving a proposal or buying any service.

Your choice and confirmation

If you provide a mobile number, the inquiry form asks whether Sky Hunting Club may text you about that inquiry and related trip arrangements. The box is unchecked by default. If selected, you must separately confirm that the number is yours or that you are authorized to consent for it. We retain the choice, applicable disclosure version and confirmation record.

Permission covers conversational planning, requested follow up, availability questions, appointment or itinerary updates, and service messages relevant to your inquiry or booking. It does not enroll you in promotional campaigns. Marketing texts require a separate applicable consent. Messages may be sent using automated technology when the messaging service is enabled.

Frequency, charges and help

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and travel arrangements. Message and data rates may apply. Contact booking@skyhuntingclub.com for help. Where a text program is active, you may also reply HELP to its sending number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not an emergency service; contact the appropriate emergency authority when needed.

Stop or change your preference

Reply STOP to the sending number to withdraw consent, or email booking@skyhuntingclub.com with the mobile number and your request. We honor other reasonable clear revocation requests as required by law. A final nonpromotional confirmation may acknowledge that you have opted out. Do not provide sensitive travel documents, payment details or medical records by text.

Privacy and service status

Mobile information, opt in data and text consent are not sold or shared with affiliates or third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers supporting delivery or maintaining consent records may process them for that limited service. See our Privacy Policy.

Collecting your preference does not mean a text has been sent or that a telephone number has been verified by text. We will not activate automated texting until an appropriate business messaging number, required registration and working opt out handling are in place. Until then, we use email for inquiry communications.
